How We Verify Providers
Before anything else: no provider has been through this process yet, because our directory is pre-launch and nothing is listed. We are publishing the standard first so you can judge it on its own terms — and hold us to it when listings do go live. Below is what we check, what we deliberately do not, and how we get paid.

The standard
What we check
Five things, all of them verifiable facts rather than opinions. If we cannot confirm one, the provider does not get listed.
- Active licenseThe treating clinician holds a current, unrestricted license in the state where care is delivered, confirmed against the issuing board rather than the provider's own marketing.
- Named medical accountabilityThere is a supervising physician or nurse practitioner attached to the service, and the provider will tell you who that is when asked.
- Pharmacy sourcingAny compounded preparation comes from a licensed 503A pharmacy or registered 503B outsourcing facility, and the provider will name it.
- Price transparencyThe provider gives an all-in price that includes trip fees, surcharges, and what happens after any introductory rate ends.
- Service area accuracyThe areas a provider claims to cover are the areas it actually serves, checked rather than taken on trust.
The limits
What we do not check
This part matters more than the list above, because it is where directories usually overclaim.
We do not assess clinical quality. We do not evaluate whether a treatment is appropriate for you, review outcomes, or vet anyone’s judgement. A verified listing means the checkable facts checked out — not that the provider is the right choice, and not that the treatment will work. Those are decisions for you and a licensed clinician who knows your history.
We also do not verify claims a provider makes in its own marketing. If a listing repeats a claim, treat it as the provider’s claim, not ours.

How we make money
Affiliate compensation, when someone connects with a provider through this site. We think you should know that before you trust a ranking.
What that money does not buy: placement, ranking, inclusion, or wording. Providers are listed because they meet the standard above and ordered by data you can check yourself. A provider that pays us and fails a check does not get listed; a provider that pays us nothing and passes does.
We are an information and referral service. We do not practise medicine, we have no clinical relationship with any provider or patient, and nothing on this site is medical advice. When the directory launches, you can start from find a provider.

- How many providers have you verified?
- None yet. The directory is pre-launch. We are publishing the standard before we publish listings, so you can hold us to it rather than take our word for it later.
- Does paying you get a provider a better listing?
- No. We expect to earn affiliate compensation when someone connects with a provider through us, and that arrangement never changes who gets listed, how they are ranked, or how they are described. If that ever changes, it will be stated on this page before it happens, not after.
- Does verification mean a provider is good?
- No, and this is the important limitation. Verification means we checked specific, checkable facts — license, accountability, sourcing, pricing, service area. It is not a quality judgement, a clinical endorsement, or a promise about your outcome. Those are not things a directory can honestly assess.
- What if a listing is wrong?
- Tell us and we will check it and correct or remove it. A directory that cannot be corrected is not worth reading.
